Resolved –
That on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Minute 154.

Review of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Dual Driver Licence
Resolved –
To take no action and to allow the licence holder to continue to hold a Dual Drivers Licence for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire vehicles with the condition that this served as a final warning to the licence holder as to their driving standards and the condition of their vehicle.
